My husband has been searching for the perfect car for a while and Dinsmore auto group had just what we were looking for. Not to mention the car I was sold (A 2017 Ford Fiesta ST) was like 1.5K under market, one of the cleanest examples I've seen, and I was given $500 more here on my trade than I was given at the 5 other dealerships I shopped. As the icing on the cake though, I was given a 6% APR on the auto loan as well which beat my previous by about 1.5%. Cannot recommend enough, really appreciate you guys.

Very awesome experience. Made a call to check availability before driving in. Upon arrival the car was basically parked in front. They were busy(ish) so the salesperson I spoke to on the phone was unavailable but Elena was super helpful. We totaled our vehicle during the crazy cold snap last week and were forced to look for a vehicle unexpectedly. Typically we shop with another local dealer but with our last purchase we can across over 5k in hidden fees. After scouring the web for vehicles we found a beautiful Tundra with moderate miles that was priced 2-4k LESS than any comparable within 100 miles from our home. So, we headed down and met Elena. She was very accommodating, not trying to convince us to choose one vehicle over another and just letting my husband and I discuss our options without pressure. I was BLOWN AWAY that the dealership was willing to work with us on financing since we were still waiting on our check from insurance for our total loss. Answered all my questions, asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was etc... and he seemed genuinely interested in finding a vehicle that I wanted, not something he wanted to sell me. I went a little above my budget but realized the budget I set for myself was not going to get me what I wanted. I literally decided that first day- my FIRST day of looking for a vehicle that I had found the one I wanted- and thank Justin for recommending it. I LOVE my new SUV! This is the best car dealership I’ve ever visited ! They got me a deal that seemed almost impossible because it was so good ! The best part of my experience was working with Scott Tanner the whole time. It was a super quick deal, in and out really fast. He was there quick and made sure the process went smoothly. The atmosphere of this dealership is unbelievably good. Scott makes sure that you get the best deal possible on an amazing car and makes sure your visit is great. Hello. Milam owns quite a few dealerships. So we had a lot of cars to choose from. The Jeep we went to look at originally was not 4x4. So we test drove cars for a few hours and then decided that the Jeep we had originally went to look at was the best deal for us. It had under 12k miles so we were able to get an additional ten year and 120k mile warranty. Then they offered us a prepaid oil chages for 10 years at a discounted price at signing. WOW!! and we get free loaner car too, if its in the shop. I did not buy this car because we thought it was going to be the most reliable car on the road. Having the best service in town is the best peace of mind!! We know with these new cars once the warranty is up its a gamble. We will be coming back to Milam for our next car in ten years! Thank you Milam for the great deal.

Excellent car buying experience. Nice staff and hassle free! My daughter brought a car from JT Terry. He is awesome! I absolutely love this place! My husband bought a truck a few months ago, and this month it was my turn. Due to an ongoing custody battle my credit isn't the greatest, but Todd in accounting worked his ass off to make sure I walked away with my new car. Both purchases were wonderful experiences. The majority of car lots treat their customers like numbers and try to push the sale through, but not Milam..this place is one of a kind, and i don't think i will ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else!! I am so very thankful for the sales team and I truly recommend Milam truck to anyone looking to purchase.

Dan Dillon was helpful and pleasant. We were in a bad situation with our current vehicle and we received a fair trade-in and purchase price,. We came in about 5 minutes before his shift ended and he spent time to make sure we did not feel rushed. Great experience all around.
